JoAnn Gill exhibits over 25 years of expert appraisal service.  As the founding member and current owner of Gem One, JoAnn has conducted over two-hundred thousand (Yes, that's 200,000+) estate and insurance appraisals, providing for millions of dollars in insurance replacement estimates.  JoAnn has been recognized by her peers and extensive clientele list for her honesty, integrity, and strict code of ethics.  JoAnn operates Gem One under strict regulation in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) code of ethics.
